Quality Standards

  • We deliver clean linen and pick up soiled linen in strict accordance with separation guidelines.
  • We load clean linen and receive soiled linens from separate loading docks to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination.
  • The soiled linen area is physically separated from the clean linen areas and suitable precautions are taken in processing.
  • Reino wash formulas, washing supplies and water temperatures conform to those set by industry standards to ensure hygienically clean linens.
  • Clean linens are processed, loaded and are then covered in plastic and protected from contamination from the time they are finished being processed until they are received by the customer.
  • Reino employees are well trained, adhere to strict clothing guidelines, follow rigorous safety standards and provide a quality end-product.
  • A Reino Quality Assurance Manager works with you to make sure that all of the linens you receive meet your requirements.

Facility Design and Construction

There's no better time than during the design phase to build green initiatives into a laundry facility and Reino did just that with their newest facility. Below are just a few of the "GREEN" issues we addressed while building our facility;
  1. Water savings
  2. Energy efficiency
  3. Materials selection
  4. Engineered air exchanges

Among the many areas that are monitored and regulated in order to qualify as Green plants are the selection and operation of:
  1. Lighting
  2. Heating and cooling system
  3. Insulation
  4. Impact on drainage and forestation of the building site
  5. Energy usage
  6. Distance from labor force
  7. Distance from end-use location for textiles

These are just a few examples of our commitment to a greener future.

Equipment that reduces emissions and improves productivity is one of the immediate concerns for Reino when thinking about opportunities to achieve efficiencies. Reino has implemented in its processes:
  1. Energy-conserving machinery
    1. Tunnel washing systems (low water usage)
    2. High-efficiency dryers
    3. High-efficiency ironers
    4. High-efficiency boilers and water heaters
    5. Wastewater-heat recovery
    6. Water reuse
    7. Water filtration and recovery
    8. Exhaust-heat recovery
  2. Labor-saving equipment
    1. Materials-handling equipment
    2. Automated feeding
    3. Gravity or automated loading and unloading
    4. Folding equipment
    5. Automated tie-out and packaging equipment
